Shipping with USA and Canada:
Shipping is free for all orders to USA and Canada over $45.
Orders under $45 to the USA are charged a flat-rate of $7.
Orders under $45 to Canada are charged a flat-rate of $10.
International Shipping:
As of August 3, 2022, we have updated our international shipping service. All international orders (outside USA and Canada) will be shipped by DHL Express** and shipping rates will be calculated in real-time at checkout. Due to the rising cost of freight, we are no longer able to offer free shipping for international orders. We apologize for this inconvenience.
**All orders placed on the website qualify for our Lifetime Guarantee policy. Replacement orders placed under this policy will be shipped using an Economy Service, and not DHL Express.
*Please note that orders outside of the USA may be subject to additional customs / VAT fees. Import duties, VAT, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. Check with your country’s customs office to determine if there might be additional import costs.
